Fencing Project

The Fencing Project, a joint project of the General Parents-Teachers Association (GPTA) and the
school, was successfully completed from October 13 to 24, 2025. The project aimed to enhance the
school quadrangle’s perimeter fence to keep balls from going outside during basketball and other
games, while also ensuring student safety, improving the overall appearance of the school grounds,
and reinforcing a sense of security across the campus

The materials used in the project were procured through the joint efforts of the GPTA and the school.
The GPTA funded the purchase of materials amounting to ₱9,916.00, while the school provided five
steel matting panels to support the completion of the improvement works. The actual work was
carried out by the GPTA officers, under the leadership of Mr. Arniel Campos, GPTA President,
together with some school staff and church workers. Their teamwork and dedication ensured the
timely and quality completion of the project within the target date. Throughout the implementation
period, the GPTA officers also provided food and snacks for the workers, demonstrating their strong
commitment and support to the project.
The successful completion of the Fencing Project highlights the shared responsibility and strong
partnership among the GPTA, the school, and the church. It serves as a testament to their collective
dedication in creating a safer and more conducive learning environment for all students.
