NARRATIVE REPORT ON THE PURCHASE OF SKULL GUARDS
To enhance the safety and preparedness of ECALTI learners and personnel duringemergencies, the ECALTI General PTA Officers purchased skull guards to be used
during earthquake and other emergency drills. These protective head gears aim to minimize the risk of head injuries and promote a safer environment during disaster
preparedness activities.
A total of 455 skull guards were procured at a total cost of ₱45,045.00, with 1 additional skull guard donated by the ECALTI General PTA Officers, bringing the total to 456 pieces. The skulls guards were distributed according to grade level and personnel for easier identification during drills. This includes 87 green skull guards for preschool learners, 145 blue skull guards for Grades 1 and 2, 93 orange skull guards for Grades 3 and 4, 102 red skull guards for Grades 5 and 6, and 29 white skull guards for faculty and staff. The skull guards were officially turned over to the school on March 4, 2026 for proper distribution and use during earthquake drills and other emergency preparedness activities. This initiative demonstrates the strong support of the ECALTI General PTA Officers in promoting disaster preparedness and ensuring the safety of learners and school personnel during emergency situations.

NARRATIVE REPORT ON THE PURCHASE OF ADDITIONAL SKULL GUARDS
As part of the GPTA’s commitment to ensuring the safety and protection of ECALTI learners during disaster preparedness activities, additional skull guards were purchased on June 9, 2026. These protective headgears are intended for use during earthquake drills and other emergency response exercises to help minimize the risk of head injuries and promote a safer environment for all participants. A total of 15 yellow skull guards were procured for Grade 7 learners, while 22 orange
skull guards were designated for the Grade 3 Discipline section. The purchase, amounting to ₱3,663.00, was funded through the SY 2025–2026 GPTA fund. This
acquisition supports the school’s Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) initiatives by enhancing the safety and protection of learners and personnel during earthquake drills and other emergency preparedness activities. The purchased skull guards were formally turned over to the school by the School Year
2025–2026 GPTA Officers, led by Sir Arniel A. Campos. This initiative serves as a valuable addition to the school’s disaster preparedness resources and demonstrates the collective effort of parents and the school in fostering a culture of safety and readiness within the school community
